How to Make a Complaint

Tree removal provider working near a house in St. Paul

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Productionresistance Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Productionresistance Tree Service went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. Say a stump job was left half done. The usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what you said and when.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Productionresistance Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@productionresistance.living and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
